1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SearchAI Domain ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SearchAI Domain is an AI-powered domain name search engine that generates domain name suggestions based on your project description. The Service includes free and paid subscription plans.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

4 bis. Name verification reports

The full verification report is a one-time purchase (no subscription), billed through Stripe. It is supplied immediately after payment at your express request; under article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal no longer applies once the report has been supplied. The report is an indicative pre-check compiled automatically from public sources (domain registries, public social profiles, trademark databases). It is not legal advice and does not guarantee that a name is free to use or to register: a trademark, trade name or company name may exist without appearing in it. Before filing a trademark or investing in a name, run a full clearance search or consult an IP attorney.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: automated scraping, attempting to bypass rate limits, or using the Service for any illegal purpose.

6. Domain Availability

Domain availability results are approximate and based on registry lookups (RDAP, WHOIS) and, as a last resort, DNS. We do not guarantee that a domain shown as "available" can be purchased. Always verify availability with your chosen registrar before purchasing.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including domain purchase decisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
