We collect information you provide directly: email address, name (when you create an account), and search queries you submit. We also collect usage data such as IP addresses for rate limiting.

To provide and improve the Service
To process payments via Stripe
To enforce rate limits and prevent abuse
To send transactional emails (account-related only)

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted in Europe. Search queries and saved domains are associated with your account. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plain text.

4. Third-Party Services

Stripe — payment processing
OpenAI — AI domain generation (your queries are sent to OpenAI's API)
Google — OAuth authentication (if you sign in with Google)
Upstash — rate limiting
Name verification — the name you check (never your email) is sent to domain registries (RDAP/WHOIS, e.g. AFNIC, Verisign, EURid), to the public profile pages of social networks, and, when enabled, to the trademark search APIs of INPI and EUIPO

5. Cookies

We use localStorage to store your authentication token. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data. To request data deletion, email us at [email protected].

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Search history is retained for 90 days. Purchased verification reports are kept in your account until you delete it. Free verifications are not stored, only cached in memory for a few minutes. You can delete your account at any time.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
